This legendary «culture and dining authority» of almost two decades used to be the main underground establishment in the city and a center of gravity for the local creative community. The «Bufet» days of glory can be summed up as «not a single day without a performance». While the atmosphere has been toned down over the years, the menu remains unchanged, much to the joy of its old-timers. It still features the unchanging classic of horseradish vodka with lard carpaccio.
