The construction of this new center for contemporary art has not yet been completed, but you can already visit exhibitions by local artists or even buy art to support the creators. Check out the huge building of the former Kolchin-Kurbatov shipyard now housing the center, with eight-meter high ceilings and four floors of exhibition halls and rooms for artists' studios.
