- October 01–October 23, 10.00–17.00
- October 24–November 06, 10.00–16.00
- Winter route along the wall from the Dmitrievskaya Tower to the Chasovaya Tower (Watchmen or Clock Tower):
- November 07–April 07, 10.00–16.00
- The ticket office closes one hour before the museum closes.

The Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin is the «stone necklace of the city». A walk along the circular route of the Kremlin wall is one of the central and most iconic attractions associated with the history of Nizhny Novgorod. The many windows and loopholes offer incredible views, and the walk is more than 2 km (the longest of any Kremlin in Russia!), so we recommend that you should put on comfortable footwear and be prepared for elevation differences along your route.
